Refund Policy

A OutbidFans claim is a digital entertainment game purchase delivered immediately after successful payment: your bid is recorded and the map may update the in-game crown for the selected country. Because delivery is instantaneous and the competitive outbid rules continue after purchase, refunds are limited as described below.

If another user later pays a higher qualifying amount and takes the crown, that is how the product works. Outbids are not grounds for a refund.

We also do not refund because you changed your mind, chose the wrong country, dislike colors, or no longer want your link shown.

We may issue a refund (or ask our payment partner to) if:

• you were charged twice for the same successful claim;
• payment was taken but the claim clearly failed to apply due to a verified Service error on our side;
• mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires a refund.

Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of Service access.

Email support@outbidfans.lol within 7 days of the charge. Include: order/payment reference, country claimed, date, and a short description. We respond as soon as reasonably possible. Final payment adjustments may be processed by the Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy, Polar, or successor).
