• Account/claim data you submit: nickname, email, team name, colors/pattern, optional website or social link, bid amount, selected country.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device info, approximate logs needed for security and abuse prevention.
• Payment data: processed by our Merchant of Record (e.g. Lemon Squeezy or Polar). We do not store full card numbers. We may receive payment status, order id, and email from the partner.

• to email you about outbids or service notices if needed;
• to enforce content rules and legal obligations.

Content you choose to display (team name, nickname, colors, optional link) is public on the Service by design.

We share data with infrastructure providers (hosting, database, email) and the payment Merchant of Record as needed to run the Service. We do not sell personal data.

Bid and display records may be kept while the Service operates and as needed for accounting, disputes, and legal compliance. You may request deletion of personal data where applicable law allows; public map history may be anonymized rather than fully erased when required to preserve Service integrity.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact support@outbidfans.lol. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Providers may process data in the EU, US, or other countries. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the Service’s scale.

We may update this Policy; the “Last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated Policy.
